Samsung — Ac installation

Hi I am writing today with my deep disappointment and I am despair now. On 16th April 2023 I purchased Samsung 5star ac from Croma (near our location Store) and I received my product on 19 th April. After that day to till today I am begging everyone for my installation.
Samsung installer are calling me but not coming. I have made several complaint and each time complaint team assured me that they will come but not.
Last time one guy called and saying that he will not install my ac.
I have no idea what to do now. I have my 9 month old baby and also parents who are not physically fit at all and during this terrible temperature hike It's really difficult for me to service.

Now our life is in your hand.
