This is Totally Unacceptable from Samsung.
I am not satisfied with the kind of service I have received so far.
Only I have been calling the service number a hundred times, to attend to my problem.
My AC problem - " Low cooling " is persistent from September 2021, still it is not sorted out. (you can check your service records)
Your service people are not able to help or resolve the issue till now. Seems like, they are clueless.
They had done some work on Tuesday 08/02/22, saying they will come back on 10/2/22 Thursday. They DID NOT COME!!
Nothing useful has been done till now, to settle the issue .
Now, I am not in town from Saturday 12th February 2022. And will be back only after few months.
Which means that I cannot ensure the AC is working properly, for the upcoming months.
This deliberate delay from your side in resolving the issue, has resulted in this situation.
I am not responsible for the HUGE DELAY IN THE PROCESS.
Now,
# 1. Either Replace the AC unit.
Or
# 2. Extend the warranty period for an year. Till the new problem is resolved fully .
I truly do not understand how a new AC will create so much problem within few months.
I am making it very clear to you, that I intend to escalate this Issue to the highest level, On All Platforms including social media, in case it is not sorted out today.
