we purchased a Samsung AC from Vasanth and co on 5th April 2022, and installed it on 8th April, within 2 days of installation the AC was not working it switched off automatically, service request was raised for AC not working, it took nearly 2 weeks for the service person to rectify the issue.
1st time they said it is Sensor issue
2nd time they said it is PCB I/O issue
3rd time they said there is some issue with the outdoor unit
4th time they said there is some problem with the power line and tested it with another power line, there was no issue in the power line
5th time they said there is a problem with the Outdoor unit again and they changed some part and it was working,
for this issue multiple service engineers have visited for rectification, now before 2 days water leakage from the AC was reported again,
a service engineer came and he fixed the issue by just putting a plastic paper then again the problem was reported again a service engineer visited the house for servicing when the engineer came and checked the outdoor unit there were sparks from the AC which caused a lot of Chaos since my mother was alone at that time this was a life-threatening moment for my mother when i spoke to the service lead he said that the problem was with the power it is not acceptable since all other ACs are working properly.
I Urge Samsung Management to look at this issue and provide a replacement for the AC since the AC is not working properly since the day of installation. please note that there is a lot of security issues in this case Was this information helpful? |
