Dear Sir/Madam, We have bought a Samsung A/C during May 2012 Model No : AS125BBFNSTL 5star . During last few months, cooling functionality is failed in the A/C. Hence we have raised a complaint on 04th March 2015 (Complaint no [protected]) with regards to a problem in my Samsung AC. An engineer is visited to my residence on the next day (05th of March 2015) and identified there is a Gas Leakage and he left stating he will sending some service centre person to fix the issue. After that, several times i called customer care helpline no [protected] and requested them to take action on my complaint, but no proper response is received and the issue is still not fixed. When i called helpline they are providing some offers for Gas Filling, but service center person told me there are no offers. Finally no one resolved my complaint.
