I sincerely hoped that I would get justice from Samsung. But it did not happen. I had to suffer for whole 2 months but got no justice. Samsung team checked my phone and it be was proved that there is no physical damage or any water damage in the phone from this it is clear that in is not my fault it's Samsung fault. And the matter has come so far, so I have also come to know what is the reason behind it " Software update"
This problem has come due to software update and this problem is not only coming to me but all those costumer who are updating software whose phone has Exynos 9611 processor. And I am saying this with so much confidence it's not my fault because I have talked to all those costumers and done research, then it is also clear from this that this is Samsung's fault. So when it's your fault then why should I suffer for it? Why do I deserved to be published?
Talking about Samsung costumer help team I don't get any coperation from them, they just made me wait and neither understand my problem nor did they forward mine.
There team has 'Smriti Arora' from ceo desk, they closed my case without talking to me when they accepted that they were getting my emails, even after that they neither replied to my mail nor contacted me. I had to call the Samsung costumer care number continuously for 5 day just to talk to him, then Smriti ji called me back.
If this is not fraud then what is?
I didn't expect this service from Samsung
This means that Samsung robbing it's customer and i will upload it ok social media in full case and i can reach my voice everywhere as far as I can. And if need be, i will aslo go to consumers court This issue is coming after the software update, which all know, so please give me justice because it is not my fault.
I want justice!
