I need immediate attention, I raised complaint on AC Cooling March 19th Samsung people from Venkateshwara Enterprises visited and took the AC, the issue was with cooling, no complaint number shared nor, no response from single representative from SAMSUNG, in spite of calling multiple times, there was unprofessional approach from NARESH the Service Manager. One day I called the Engineer who picked the AC from my home, as per him the estimation of service charges will be around 10k I said go ahead, initially they mentioned issue with coil. again after multiple follow up the got the AC on 5ht of APRIL, i asked them to come tomorrow for fixing it, on 6 the APRIL i made not less than 20 calls, finally evening 6:30 pm engineer visited and found there is issue still not fixed. What SAMSUNG did for 19 days no one knows they only cheated my added bill of 9, 621.19, that no original invoice shared. now they just gone and no response and no one lifting my call.
I need some one to look into this and fix the issue, its very unprofessional approach from SAMSUNG even after 19 days the issue is not resolved and service is worst we can expect.

I need this issue to be fixed in next 2 days without any additional charges and delay.
