Hello: I bought Samsung Split A/C 1 Ton Model no. AR12 FC5EFBH Crystal Plus 5Star on 18th May'2013. Samsung has given me a defective piece since the Gas leak has happened 5 times. Now they say Coil has gone and I need 1) Post installation on 19th May’13, the 2nd day 20th May'13 itself Gas leaked and they filled the gas and it worked. 2) Again in the year 8th Nov'14, gas leaked and I paid Total of Rs750 for service and gas filling. 2) Again on June’15 Gas leaked and they took it to factory and checked and they said again Gas leak and no problem in Coil and it worked. 3) Again on July’15 Gas leaked and they came and filled gas and it worked. 4) Again on August’15 no cooling and gas leak is suspected. 5) Now they have taken again to factory on 14th Aug'15 and now they say Coil has gone and I need to pay again. Now every once in 2 years I cannot Pay for Coil and Gas and it happened to my another Samsung A/C also and this shows the poor quality of the product and I feel cheated by the company. THanks.
