Samsung — Air conditioner complaint

I registered a complaint regarding my air conditioner on 27th may(ref Id - [protected]) and they took the Air Conditioner(AC) for repair on 28th, May, 2014 but so far my complaint has not been resolved and AC is still lying with at their service centre.
