This is to escalate the issues of process gap in your service operations leads to customer disappointment.
I would like to share the experience i am currently having with your samsung 55"inch smart 4k led tv - mu 6470
I bought this tv from kohinoor electrical's kandivali west - mumbai on 12th may.
The first 2 days app in the tv worked fine. However on the 4th day amazon primevideo stopped working.
I contacted samsung support several times on this issue and the support team only performed hub reset and tv factory reset which did not help to fix the issue.
There were engineers sent to my place to fix the issue, however all that they did was to reset the hub and factory default.
Today there were 2 engineers again visited my place and left without any solution.
Its been more than 2 weeks for now the app is not working while youtube is working fine.
Samsung engineers have a statement that its an issue with amazon prime while amazon prime is working fine in all other brands ranging from china models to top brands.
Later when this was challenged at a technical level samsung engineers stated that its issue on sumsung model and they are working on it.
I have been hearing this since a week while there is no fix/ solution.
Is samsung being a big brand running out of technical people who cannot fix a issue for the past 1 week?
This has been a hopeless and pathetic service leaving the customer in a disorted state.
