Samsung — Amount deducted but order not placed

Today, I ordered a Tab S9 -128GB (wifi) on the Samsung website. The amount got charged to credit card and I received the deducting message, but no order id or any communication from the Samsung India on mail .Even when I check my orders section on website it shows nothing.

Kindly resolve it the earliest

Hi Ravi, I didn't got any resolution nor any call. It's been 3 days, and amt didn't got reversed as well
