[Resolved]  Samsung — Android Tv

Bought 52 inch android tv from Vijay sales Kalyan. Cost around 60k. within 8 months Display problem started. We hardly use tv one hour in a day. Blank screen is coming without any voice. More than 10 days passed still replacement of part is not done.cost is to high as compared to other brands and quality and services is very downgraded.

When communicated with customer care they told resolution time is 21 days. Then for payment why 21 days is not allowed. If you are unable to provide timely services then stop selling your products.

Now i want replacement of my product
