My Samsung galaxy m30s is frequently freezing and auto restarting since I updated it in June.
As I went to to the service centre, I was informed that almost all Samsung m30s users are experiencing this issue due to the motherboard failure following the FOTA update.
When I reached out to customer care, Samsung said that they're aware of the issue and it will be rectified by next update.
but nothing worked out.Samsung has not taken any positive step to address the issue.
The replacement of the motherboard is the only solution that the service centre is offering and it will cost 75% of price of the phone.
it is not at all affordable by the customers.
Here the issue is not caused from the customer side, so the company should take up the matter and return or replace th phone free of cost to resolve the issue Was this information helpful? |
