My order [protected] for a microwave oven was canceled on 11th Aug due to unavailability of stock, but Refund has not been initiated even after 30 days.
I've called Samsung customer service team multiple times but they are only making false promises for refund. They are not even sending out a Refund Initiated Confirmation Mail.
I escalated my complaint by sending mail to CEO team. Someone called me and promised refund initiation within 48 hours which has since then surpassed and yet I've not heard from Samsung.
I bought the product via EMI and already paid 1 month due, yet no response from Samsung.
