[Resolved] Samsung — bad behaviour from service centre | |||
My phone become complaint and when i took my phone to service. First they behaviour very badly to me and not trying to solving my complaint. I took my phone to kazhakuttam samsung service centre. When i give my phone to check the complaint.. First of all they are not willing to check the phone latterly they took the phone and look for 2minute and handled the phone to me and says take the phone to nath communication... But they say it will take more than 2weeks. They are suggested me to buy another phone.. If this type of reaction by the customer service centre.. Then what is the meaning of running this customer service centre. What should i want to do with my phone Was this information helpful? | |||
