[Resolved] Samsung — bad customer care and service centre | |
Now its about one month my phone has complained and I give the phone centre and pay half the amount of the service cost .when I ring them they say the phone is not even checked and they are asking me one more week... Now I realized that the worst decision I had mad is to buy a Samsung phone ...and its more than a month I had gave the phone to repairs ...its a warrenty product and they ask me pay...i had already submitted 2-3 complaints and they are not responding for that...what should I want to do now...I made a decision that its my last Samsung product and not even recommended any one to go for that ...i hope Samsung may help ([protected]) ...i had still some hope in Samsung...i was a big fan of Samsung once and they had destroyed it☹ Was this information helpful? | |
