[Resolved] Samsung — bad response from service centre and asked me to pay full amount for a warranty products | |
I have an s8plus model purchased from saudi supermarket at september 2017. And has warranty for 2 years.. Somehow when i connected to the charger suddently it becomes dead. I took the phone and go to the service centre... First of all they are not willing to accept the phone. Latterly they suggested me to go a local service centre known by them... At there they are not sure whether they can save or not... So i took the phone.. Now what i want to do with my phone. Which has warranty period till sept2019 Was this information helpful? | |
