Dear Sir,
I had bought Samsung Model A52 5G (8GB RAM) under our Corporate plan. I had received the phone on 1st Dec 2021 and immediately on 2nd Dec i had raised ticket with Samsung support about the quality issues.
Service center team had taken my phone and did some repair. But the quality is still the same as it was earlier.
Since then i am doing rigorous follow-up with Samsung support to process my refund or or help me to replace this phone with other good model.
Today, I fortunately got call today from Samsung Escalation team after a rigorous follow-up from last 30 – 40 days. The person on the phone said that the phone cannot be replaced neither refund can be processed.
I am very disappointed with this statement. I have been using Samsung phones from last 10 years, this is the first time I had unfortunately bought a bad quality phone Samsung Model A52 5G (8GB RAM).
I am not at all happy with the quality of Samsung Model A52 5G (8GB RAM) even after the repair. Please process my refund or help me to replace this phone with other good model.
