Samsung — can not on the hand set | |
I purchased a Samsung G 530 mobile on 29.12.2014.From the morning of 12th of June 2015 the mobile in not being on and I took it to Samsung Service Centre at Burdwan, West Bengal. After examining the set the Service Centre said that it is a case of mother board short and they received the after distinct observation of the set and they became sure that that the fault was not on my behalf. They could not replace the mother board till the date due to non availability of the mother board.
Under the the circumstances, please arrange for the replacement of mother board immediately or refund the price paid for the mobile. Was this information helpful? | |
