Samsung — Cancel order & deducted charge in refund

I ORDER Galaxy M12 (6GB RAM) MOBILE ON 7TH JAUNUARY 2022 ON SAMSUNGSHOP ONLINE.

BUT THEY CANCEL MY ORDER ON & DEDUCTED 2% CHARGE IN REFUND.

WHEN I MAILED FOR CHARGES REFUND.THEY REPLIED ME:-

''Please note this order placed by you was classified as 'Bulk Order' hence net refund amount would be given after deduction of payment gateway charges & any rewards or benefits provided and used by You for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded.''

I WANT TO MY CHARGE BACK & PENLTY FOR CANCELLED ORDER AFTER SUCCESFULLY PAID ORDER TO SAMSUNGSHOP.
