I had ordered for a samsung mobile phone on the 9 th of August order#[protected] from their website but later cancelled my order. I was told that I would get my refund in 10 working days. I am ok with that.
Later I again ordered for the same samsung mobile phone on 10 th August order#[protected] from the company website. I received the confirmation of my order placed n date of delivery was 14 th August 2022. When i did not receive my shipment on the 14 th, i repeatedly contacted their customer service and finally on the 17 th i was told that my shipment would arrive in 2 days. I was shocked to receive a message from Samsung on the 18 th, that my order has been cancelled. On enquiring I was told that the refund of this order would be done in 10 working days.
My complaint now is that the company has themselves cancelled my order n yet I have to wait for 10 working days for my refund which I feel is pure cheating and unacceptable.
I have even mailed them on their official site that this is unacceptable and If need be, i will approach the consumer court against the company.
