Samsung — Cardboard rat protection panel received in electronic appliance, plastic or steel panel should be given

This is to inform you regarding rat protection panel which is used in washing machine, and it's quality should be made up of plastic or steel one.

The question is what's the involvement of Cardboard panel which can be easily broken with little bit of moment of anything like rat bite or maybe during washing when washing vibrates alot.

So I don't understand the logic of having Cardboard panel in appliance category where it should be designed as plastic material or steel material especially body of the product.

And in warranty, it is clearly mentioned that warranty does not cover under if any insect, cockroach or rat harm the device.

So it's clearly Samsung strategy to sell washing machine items separately where it should be provided at once.

It's like buying a smartphone without back panel at same price of market where market provides back panel, and online store like Samsung and Flipkart does not provide it, this is according to Samsung customer care named geetanjali when I called customer care for rat protection panel.

She argued alot and doesn't even bother to give resolution. As per her information, she informed me about before buying a washing machine all necessary details are available on product page...

So I'm raising a question again, if such information is available on Samsung website then why any customer don't able to see any information regarding rat protection panel,
If such information is present then why they are not providing an option to pick between plastic panel or Cardboard panel.

Moreover, geetanjali said you got what you have paid for, she literally told me that in rude manner, if you want better quality rat protection panel then you should have buy expensive washing machine.

So according to her, Samsung will send items as per payment received from customer.

What kind of behaviour is this first of all?
Firstly she provided wrong or false information of availability of all information on Samsung website.
Secondly she talked in a rude manner.
Thirdly she informed me such model is not present on our website, whereas Flipkart Amazon selling a Samsung brand for very long time, that's quite strange. Atleast information of all Samsung appliances must be available on their website.
Last but not the least, she deliberately said me that plastic panel will be available on payable basis through service centre.
Where on other hand, installation guy informed me that rat protection panel is available in plastic as well as cardboard.

I don't know the logic behind selling Cardboard rat protection panel where it involves water, electricity, or easily mis happening with a device by rat, which clearly sabotage the warranty.

Geetanjali raised a complaint regarding this, today I've received a call from service centre of Samsung,
He told all front devices comes with cardboard panel, then I asked a reason behing o[censored]sing cardboard panel over plastic,
Firstly he said kindly talk to my senior, then later on deliberately disconnected my phone even though he called me through his phone.

This is small concern to Samsung or Flipkart, but a big concern for customer, because he/she has paid large amount towards electric appliance, due to their small ignorance, it's the customer has to pay the price.

So I would request you to raise my complaint against Samsung company who is providing wrong information, not claiming that such model is our product, and not providing plastic or steel rat protection panel which should be given at the time of delivery or installation.

Flipkart has denied my request, further they told me to connect with Samsung company.

Samsung CUSTOMER CARE is rude and bad. Instead of providing a replacement of rat protection panel, they are being providing fake information whenever I asked for whats the reason behind cardboard rat protection panel which should be of plastic panel. This is a pure case of fraud. Samsung is one of the worst company now, and I'm fully regretting now by purchasing a ### samsung product. Will never recommend any samsung brand to any1. Cheap and ghatiya products, 30k-40k ke bich ke products hai, aur 20rs ka gatta wala cover bech rahe hai, just to saboatge the warranty if something damage due to rat protection panel, and which can be easily broken.

Such a shame on Samsung!!

Firstly they assigned an engineer to my house, after few minutes got a message that installation was done by Samsung.

Without even contacting me, without even visiting to my house.

My concern was about cheap rat protection panel. Till now samsung has not provided me plastic panel even not provided a logic behind using cardboard rat protection panel Will not recommend any samsung product after this to anyone.

Note: I need plastic rat protection panel, i cannot ruined my money due to samsung stubborn behaviour, non helpful towards customer.

Its been 10 days now, i haven't received any response from samsung regarding resolution over this concern, all i got fake information and fake promises, and cheap behaviour towards customer.. this is samsung standard, moreover i believe samsung paying money to consumer complaint company that's why on their so called helping portal has no hearing process whenever customer asks for any help. Modi ji corruption hatane chale the, khud toh sabke corruption me sanyog de rahe hai, aur aam aadmi ko pisa Jaa Raha hai keede mukodo ki tarah. India is not a proud country just because of such people's.

All my trust over samsung is now completely gone now, because samsung has just extra income through unfair means over customer satisfaction regardless of their respect and standards. This is too much frustrating that no one is here for any help, 20rs ka gatta lagakar customer ka hazaro ka nuksaan karane ko ready ho, haraam ki kamaayi lekar kaha jaoge bhala, ek din tumko hi le doobegi zarur, is baat ka yaad rakhna, #Beimaan-Samsung #Batameez-Customersupport

So its pretty clear now, samsung don't give a damn about their customers, their top most priority is to charge extra money everytime during warranty period,

Everyone can see it, but nobody is interested to take action against such companies who is selling cardboard material where plastic body is mentioned on every website,

Shame on consumer complaint company who is definitely supporting by big company like samsung, flipkart etc

Samsung is a local brand who is not good to their customers, samsung believes in speaking a lie including their seniors like vincy, customer care executive like geetanjali who has deliberately provided me false information,
This is a reality of samsung, who is selling their products at high rate regardless of cheap materials by adding cardboard to washing machine which is totally weird.

It should be replaced by Samsung with plastic one atleast, because they have added such conditions in warranty, if any damage happens due to rat bite, cockroaches or insects then machine will not work under warranty, customer has to pay extra money for damage materials,

This is their strategy to earn more from same product again and again, they do not care about customer satisfaction.

I'll never buy Samsung product again, and will never recommend to anyone.

Samsung Is fake, local and expensive.

Note: As of today, My Complaint is not resolved yet.
