I purchased Samsung mobile Galaxy M31s in month of Aug2020 using ICICI Bank Debit Card and was supposed to get Rs.1000/- cashback for this transaction within 90 days of purchase. Till date I have not received any cash back. After repeated requests to Samsung CEO (e-mail) and Support Centre still no action. Ticket No. 1994964 and so on till. ...Last Reference No. [protected] Kindly look into matter and help get cashback amount at earliest.
