Samsung — charging high in the name of inspection | |
Sir,
I have purchased sumsung washing machine in November 2008 from anandamela shop gariahat market serial No-WO765ZCO Model- WA82V4G .I am pointing out the fault that the pipe is not holding at the tap for coming water into the washing machine but the person who came to check the fault demand Rs.4OO/- from me.When i am showing the fault then why the inspection require?i want send technician who can solve the problem but not argument with us unnecessary. .
Hope you will kindly consider my case and send any technician who can solve my problem.So, that i can use the washing machine.
