Samsung — Cheating customers by sending defective products. | |||
I was given 10, 000 redemption points for pre booking a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Later I bought a galaxy Buds+ paying 10000 from those reward points and Rs.490 from card Now they sent a defective product and returned me only Rs.490. What about the 10, 000 worth points for which I had pre booked the phone paying Rs.5000 and claimed it. We are a middle class people who calculate every penny. Please dont cheat customers like this.
