I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MOBILE IMEI NO[protected] FROM TRUE VALUE . 10 MONTHS BACK THE PHONE STOPPED CHARGING TWO DAYS BACK, I VISITED OKHLA SERVICE CENTER REGARDING THAT THE PHONE WAS OPENED IN FRONT OF ME FEW SCRATCHES WERE PUT ON MY PHONE IN THAT PROCESS A LIQUID WAS SPRAYED ON THE JACK AND RUBBED WITH TOOTHBRUSH THE WHOLE PROCESS APPEARED STRANGE THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS WATER LOGGING BUT THERE WAS NO MOISTURE ON THE PHONE TO MY SURPRISE I WAS GIVEN A BILL OF 6500RS CAUSE THEY SAID THAT MOTHERBOARD NEEDS TO BE CHANGED NOW I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY MOTHERBOARD NEEDS TO BE CHANGED WHEN PHONE IS WORKING FINE NOBODY IS ANSWERING ME PROPERLY Was this information helpful? | |||
