[Resolved] Samsung — Company do not solve the network problem | |||
dear sir/mam i have problem of network problem in my mb. from the purchase of date 19/10/2013 .i deposited my mb.4-5 times in the samsung care center but same problem persists. the mother board of my mb. changed and i took back from center but mb. shows again same problem continuously from date 05/04/2013 even after change of mother board .i spend much money rs.23000. company do not solve the problem even i deposited my mb. many times company wasted my much time and my causal leave by depositing mb. in care centers again and again because the centers are 30 km away from my home. i am a govt. employee i have some job sheet no. the job. sheet no.
