Samsung — Complain Number [protected]

Sir, Today morning my Samsung Double Door Refrigerator stopped working. i immidiately logged in a complain at 11.00 am . They gave me a complain number and assured me that the technician is going to come to my place by today before 8.00 pm. When I called them again at around 2.00pm, they told me that the tech will call me before coming to my place. At 6.00pm when I called them to confirm if some one was coming or not, they tell me that the tech will come on Monday as he is busy with other customers. I repeatedly requested them to arrange a urgent visit, but they were very stubborn and disconnected the call. Please help me.
