Samsung — Complaint about Samsung Galaxy A 7 Phone | |
I purchased Samsung Galaxy A 7 Phone on 11th February, 2019. I am a low phone user and use only for calls & SMS's. Despite being a low user, the battery of the phone used to get discharged very fast. Still I went to the authorised service centre in Sector 16, Faridabad - 121002 (Haryana) to get the phone checked. I was told that the battery needs to be replaced. I argued with the front office executive that how can battery of a new phone did not last even for 15-16 months. On their insistence, I got the battery replaced on 26-09-20 and paid Rs. 2259/- for a new battery. Now even the new battery is getting discharged very fast and I am not able to understand that how a less than 3 months old new battery can discharge so fast. I strongly feel that I have been sold a faulty phone and request you to replace the phone immediately and forward my complaint to the top management of Samsung India & Samsung, South Korea to enable the R&D Department to check the faulty phone.
