Samsung — Complaint against defect in fridge (refrigerator)

Sir, on dated 09.05.2021 a complaint registered for replacement of refrigerator Samsung 192 liter, vide complaint no. [protected] through mobile no.[protected] and I have already been so many calls to the customer care of the company, but no satisfied answer receive with them. the problem not resolved by the company/dealer. sir i want the replacement of the refrigerator as soon as possible. Sir, Mr. Rachit Kumar handle my complainant, but not contacted me so far, I have so many calls to the company customer care they told me every time that your complainant is being highlighted and sent to the Sr. Officers to resolved the problem but not resolve my complainant so far.

Sir, I called again on customer care no on dt-29.06.21 at about 04.20 Pm than they told me that ours representative call back to you with in 04 hours, but they did not contacted/informed me about the progress of my complainant so far.

Sir, my complaint is pending so far, and no satisfied answer received me from your side. So that I have to go in the consumer court to resolve this issue.
