Sir, on dated 09.05.2021 a complaint registered for replacement of refrigerator Samsung 192 liter, vide complaint no. [protected] through mobile no.[protected] and I have already been so many calls to the customer care of the company, but no satisfied answer receive with them. the problem not resolved by the company/dealer. sir i want the replacement of the refrigerator as soon as possible. Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 29, 2021 Updated by Parul (Sonu) Sir, Mr. Rachit Kumar handle my complainant, but not contacted me so far, I have so many calls to the company customer care they told me every time that your complainant is being highlighted and sent to the Sr. Officers to resolved the problem but not resolve my complainant so far.
