[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint against Employee for False Job Commitment

Dear respected Sir,

My initial interaction with Ravender Nagar took place on 10 October 2022.
His designation is Purchase Manager
False Job Commitments: During our initial communication, MR. Ravender Nagar made a series of commitments and assurances regarding the job that later proved to be false.
Shockingly, Ravender Nagar went on to solicit a bribe from me in exchange for a favourable interview process and increased chances of securing the job. This unethical request was not only morally reprehensible but also illegal and a violation of professional and corporate ethics. I have Given him 50 thousand Indian Money, on 10 October 2022. Transaction proof is attached.
I am deeply troubled by this unscrupulous behavior, which reflects poorly on Samsung Company and its reputation. Such actions undermine the credibility and trust that potential employees place in your organization.
I kindly request that Samsung takes immediate action to investigate and address this matter, which may involve disciplinary action against Ravender Nagar and a comprehensive review of your hiring practices to prevent such incidents from recurring.
I also request that you ensure my application is evaluated fairly and without prejudice, as my interest in the position remains genuine. I trust that Samsung will take this issue seriously and rectify it in an ethical and responsible manner.
