Samsung — Complaint against samsung service center sector 14 panchkula | |||
I have a samsung note1 mobile phone. I visited the centre on 6th Jan 2015. The charging jack if my phone is to be replaced as their is an issue with the charging. I was told to visit back on the 7th aftr 11 am as they would have the part by then. I visited the centre again in the 7th at 1:30 and wAs toLd the part has not reached the center yet and would in an hour. I was ready to leave the phone behind and the employees said they would call me once the part arrives.. i called again arnd 2:40. The part hadnt arrived. I called at 4 and i was told they woul call back in 10 minutes i again called at 4:45 and ws then told thr is some audit so part has not arrived. But they would send a guy especially to pick the part and get my work done.. but i have not received any update. I am paying for the jack not getting the part for free and if i have to run after The service station then what good is samsung support. Punya Anand [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
