I want to complaint against your service center korba they don’t know how to deal to a customer they misbehaved with us
I registered my complaint on samsung show room on 7th of july they send their representative on next day & he tell me that compressor & pcb is burnt & it will take a weak to be changed & i agreed & after that he come to my house on changed the parts & he is unable to complete the job he comes after 2 or 3 days with bill of rs - 5324/- i just tell them to complete the job & make my refrigerator in running condition then i will pay you the amount then he just misbehaved & tell me we will not repair the same & you have to pay the amount but i neglected to pay the amount because my refrigerator is still unrepaired i complaint to your customer dare & your senior representative called me for the same matter he guaranteed me to resolve my problem by the next day & next day korba service center engineer called me that he will take my refrigerator to service center & repair the same & i allowed him to take my refrigerator for repairing & he called me yesterday that your refrigerator is now repaired & ready to deliver & i personally visited to service center to check my refrigerator & i found that it is in working condition & thanked him & tell him just deliver it to my home & collect the payment too & he agreed for the same. Today morning i called him that my refrigerator is yet no delivered & payment is also ready for you then he argued with me in rough that first you have to come to pay the bill then take your refrigerator i just called customer care once again for this matter they once again suggest me to be calm & wait for a while our service center will deliver you refrigerator & collect the payment from your house & then after 1 hour korba service center messaged me to pay the bill then we will deliver the same & after that once again i called customer care for this message then they tell me that we will talk too our senior for this matter after this korba service center messaged me that your complaint is cancelled due to customer not at home he just send me false message as my whole family is in my house & once again i called to customer care to tell them about this false message & they tell me to wait for a day.
So sir tell what to do for this matter & i request you to take action against korba samsung service center& they are not treating good behavior with customer
