Since smart phone came to market I have been using Samsung Smart phone. Prior to Nov-21 I was using Samsung J5 prime (Dual sim) in which from my contacts automatically without dialing call was going to different contacts in my phone & the same was not reflecting in my call logs. I approached samsung care centre at Bhubaneswar and accordingly on their advise changed both the sims in my phone still then my problem not solved & was told that display problem is there in your set. Hence I took a new phone on 15.11.2021 from M/s Plaza Digital Bhubaneswar vide their Invoice no- 5503 Samsung A03S (4/64) bearing serial no- [protected]. Thereafter also the same problem is continuing till date. Again on request of Plaza Digital I replaced both the sims. But still the same problem continued. Thereafter on request of Plaza Digital to update software I handed over my set to Samsung Care vide complaint no-[protected] dt-09.04.2022 & requested them to solve the issue. Now again the same problem is continuing in my new set. Here it is important to mention that my Samsung J5 prime is running properly without any problem till date whereas I was told that display problem is there hence i had to take a new phone. In this connection please be informed that I am a small businessman having different business connections as well as socially, politically connected person. When automatically call goes from my contact list to different persons (Male/Female) they are misunderstanding me and my relation is in soup. Please advise me solution to my problem. Have I taken a Wrong decision by using SAMSUNG what is being told to me by many leading Mobile stores.
Hope you will take up my problem on priority basis.
