Samsung — Complaint on Delta Care Centre | |||
I have a Note 3 Neo (N 7502) purchased from Abu Dhabi. The display of this got broken. So I went to Samsung authorised service centre -Delta Care Centre at Rajaji Nagar, Banaglore. They took Rs. 5000/- in advance but now after more than a month they are returning my mobile without repairing it. Why do they do that? If they are samsung authorised shouldnt they repair my mobile or inform whether they can do that before taking money and keeping me wait for more than a month. Please help me.
