This is to inform you that I have received the 6th defective product SAMSUNG 55AU8000 LED on 20th February 2022.
I already informed to the Samsung authorities all that I have paid Rs.75000/- in the month of December 2021 for the above mentioned product and since then i have been provided with the defective product and still I have not received the perfect product. CEO desk have assured me several times over the telephonic conversation that you will provide a better solution however they have failed to do as assured to me.
Further, due to the abovementioned defective product I have faced a lot of inconvenience and I feel my time and money has been wasted as I am struggling to get a perfect product from Samsung which they have failed to provide and it is almost 3 month Samsung and their distributor are assuring me on the same issue, however my issue is still not resolved.
I hope my issue can be resolved in an amicable manner and I request Samsung Authorities to please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
