Samsung — consumer offer delay

sir, i have purchased a samsung side by side refrigerator on 21st of october and a offer was going that if i buy this i will get a sasung tab but its more than 15 days when i call the sales team of the company they saying me that it will be given by end of the november 14, against which i register a complain to the the Samsung CEO help desk and now they are telling it will be solved with in 20days. my question is that does samsung claims that the consumer offer will be provide by 1month in there tvc or press ad which they give in papers and television . they are misguiding the consmuer
