I bought one split inverter AC on 11th April 2018 and it was installed by Samsung service engineer on 13th April 2018. AC was having warranty of 1 year and 5 year on condenser. Please find attached warranty card, installation receipt and money receipt for same.
In September 2020, same AC was stopped working or cooling. Samsung service engineer advised to send indoor and outdoor unit to service centre for full check up. Same was picked up on 26th Sep 2020 and identified as condenser leaking. Outdoor unit condenser got renewed and service centre charged me Rs 8780/- inspite the condenser was in warranty of 5 years. Indoor and outdoor unit got installed on 09th Oct 2020 but after installing it was again not running. Now sensor was faulty as per Samsung service engineer. Sensor got renewed on 12th Oct 2020 and after renewing sensor my ac started working. Thus my question is that why Samsung service centre charged me for condenser renewal when it was in warranty period? Second question is that after renewal of condenser why AC was not working at my home due to faulty sensor? It is a clear indication of lapse of service at authorized service centre. They are sending back the units without checking the units and it means they are making money without finding any root cause of the problem. So please explain why it was happened? Please find attached receipt of same condenser renewal and sensor renewal as per given date.
I never saw a problem in condenser unit or leakage of condenser unit. I bought Samsung AC on trust but it was broken.
Again in March 2022, my same ac was not working or cooling. Samsung service engineer came and he charged gas on 10th Mar 2022 and we paid Rs 3245/- but again it stopped working within one month. But this time wife didn't call Samsung service engineer because no has this much time to go behind just for one AC and myself was not present at that time. Usually I work out of india so it was not possible for mu wife to inform again and again to Samsung service centre. I came india in Sep 2022 and I called Samsung service centre, attended engineer told me again same that need to pick up both indoor and outdoor unit for full check. And I allowed them for pick up and they picked up on 30th Sep 2022. But for last 10 days service centre was saying that we are checking and checking. So today means on 12th Oct 2022 again I called customer care for update then service centre acted upon and they are saying that need to change indoor unit coil now and I have to pay nearly Rs 8000/-. So now I have decided not to get it repaired because I lost my whole trust from Samsung. But I did one wrong thing is that I bought one more Samsung AC two year back. Please find attached latest gas charge receipt and pick up slip. So how anyone can trust Samsung product. If anyone has to renew both indoor and outdoor unit coil withing 6 years of AC, how can anyone will buy Samsung AC. I never saw such problem in any other brand AC.
Therefore I am requesting you to please rectify my AC after doing root cause analysis and repair it on discounted price because new AC is cheaper than whatever i paid to service centre if i include this time quoted price by service centre. Repair both units permanently and please don't repair for name shake to run for few months only.
