[Resolved] Samsung — cooling failure from refrigerator within 2 years | |||
Cooling failure from branded company like samsung refrigerator within 2 years?? Very surprise. When i called service center, they told it is out of warranty, and you have to pay around 2-3 thousand to correct it. I have never seen a refrigerator will start giving you problem at least with in 5 years of its purchase. If so then really the product of such brand name samsung is not at all appreciable. But would like to inform you that your representative called once and the call was not audible, may be due to network issue. Is not their duty to call again to clarify the issues?
And the no from which your representative calls, is one sided no, to which no one can call back.
Sir, we have purchased your product for use not for keeping it in a showcase.
Hope you can understand that how we are managing from last 10 days.
