[Resolved] Samsung — Customer care center complaint | |||
I had purchased E1297 on 1st aug'14. Charger of the phone stopped working in Nov'14. I had given charger to Samsung service centre - [protected](Gayatri enterprise, fategunj, baroda) with Bill no. - [protected] on 15th nov'14. They promised me to give charger on 18th nov'14 as the charger was under warranty. When I went service centre they told that wrong charger has came by mistake. This type of problem we are facing every time and for small thing like change of charger I need to visit center 2-3 times which leads to frustration and loss of faith in Samsung service.
