Samsung — Customer service boy has no answer

I have Samsung m51
My phone is in warranty
My phone has charging issue facing from month
Today
I meet - yashraj Sharma from Samsung service center at (Roshan Pura new market bhopal) he said water goes on connector - I didn’t use on water side or some thing like that i[censored]sed like that then why other charger works
But all other company charger works properly even fast charger too
And Samsung also work but on others phone
He has no answer he said u have toh change connector u have to pay charges then why Samsung company give warranty Yashrajsharma he has no ans of my ques and angry on me his behaviour is too bad with customer
