Samsung — Customer service centre not responding appropriately and telling lies | |||
I have registered a complaint in Samsung customer care centre on 27th May 2015 as our refrigderator is not working. One person came from the service station and told us that there is some problem in the compressor and some other team will come to take it up. After that whenever we are calling the service centre, they are telling that customer service techinician will come shortly. But it is never hapenning. We are calling the main Samsung customer care number and they are also not taking any action since last 1 week. My service request number is [protected].
