Samsung — damage of refrigerator at service center

Dear Sir This is once again to bring to your notice that with reference to my reference id [protected], my issue of non cooling of my refrigertor is resolved but the refrigerator is damaged at your service center, The pics of which i have already taken for reference. This is for the second time that i have faced problem regarding my refrigerator. Kindly manage to replace my refrigerator or let me know the procedure to replace it as this is totally a mismanagement of customer produts at service center. and indirect harrasment to the customers.
