I ordered samsung 236L FROST FREE DOUBLE DOOR 2 STAR CONVERTIBLE FRIDGE from flipkart. the fridge got delivered with patch on upper door which went unnoticed as it was packed with plastic and demo person just switched it on and went. we asked for door replacement atleast. they needed proof. the samsung engineer came and got 5 times more scratches on the door and just went and said we will call you later whether we will replace it or not. if you didnt want to replace why the ### SAMSUNG ENGINEER MADE MORE SCRATCHES ??? IS THIS A JOKE ?? COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG FRAUD COMPANY WE NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DOOR. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR YOUR ENGINEERS MISTAKE.

we contacted you as the fridge was already damaged. your person made more damage to it.
the damage made by your SAMSUNG ENGINEER is 10 times more than it was originally at the time of delivery
its been 4 days i am contacting flipkart samsung both are unresponsive
i have not even removed the plastic covering of the fridge yet .you being such a well known company shouldnt be such irresponsible
