I have purchased samsung galaxy m 21 mobile last year in july 2020, after use of six months I noticed it frequently gets restart one or two time in a day, I checked with customer care and while doing remote support they done some clean up activities after that post one month again that problem occurred then I visited service center near me at Dombivali Maharashtra, they checked and after one day they called and told me that it will take 8000 rs for repair because mother board need to replace, I told him within one year how it can be possible but they do not have any answer.
I am writing this mail because I have checked with other users as well and found same problem with this model. Last month, one year completed and now because no warranty available need to pay 8000 which is half of the price money of mobile.
I think samsung is cheating with customer to make defaulter model which will work properly in warranty period and once completed one year it will not work and need to pay half of prise Or by new model.
Could you please let me know should I pay 8000 rupees for a model which I have used only 12 month. As per my understanding no, samsung should consider this model to repair free of cost otherwise no one will believe on samsung brand, it will be fraud branding which they do with made in India slogan.
