Our subjected LCD TV have developed a problem of double images with horizontal linings on screen.
It seems to be an internal circuit defect of improper screening of images.
Service center sent technician to attend the complaint.
After looking at display he is saying screen is defective & need to be replaced on paid basis.
When asked for defect he told it got defective due to usage of Collin spray / water sprinkles.which is not acceptable as it was never used.
LCD TV was purchased in July 2013 from sheetal enterprises, CA Road Nagpur.
Dealer have requested Samsung to consider repairs under warranty as such defect attended earlier in same batches of TVs of other customers also.
We have emailed to Samsung support but only acknowledgement reply received & got two telecalls with assurance of taking the matter with seniors.
But after that no response from them.So we are lodging this complaint in a hope of attending it under warranty as expenses are in the tune of Rs.23000/-.
I am a retired (74 year old)Air Force Officer staying with my wife & TV is the only source of entertainment for both o[censored]s.
