    I have purchased TV LED UA32F 5100 ARLXL - on May 22, 2013 for Rs 35400/- by cash, it got repaired on 11.11.14 then I have contacted your coimbatore office for repair, after paying Rs 13549/- for entire panel changing, for which the company given 1year warranty from 21.11.14 to 20.11.15. The problem in the set was only audio functioned, whereas video not worked. Then again the same problem exists and once again they are demanding a sum of Rs 14000/- after negotiation for warranty, at the time the Manager Mr Rafeek told that told they are not going to change the panel, where as they are going to upload the new software for rectifying the error. As a whole the van driver of the company taken the set and brought it and connected in my house, for which they charged Rs 450/- for service charge and Rs 350/- for transport. As a hole I have paid over 50000/- for this set, I was informed that this is a failure model from your company. I didn't know that my house is not a R and D for your company. This gave me lot of pressure and mental agony, I am a senior citizen, this type of attitude looks like a cheating and mental torture.       I am submitted my handset(Samsung Core Prime) on Meerut service centre(Xpert Solutions) on Dated.18.03.2015 due to "Incoming Voice disturbance and some time network drop". It is not repaired till now, service center not provide me any satisfied response they always says that handset is in the technical deptt. Recently I receved a call from Samsung head office(Mr. Hasan), he listen my problem and says that we will take 1-2 more weeks for reparare this handset because this model has a technical issue. We provide a handset to you for temprary use from service center. I recach the service center they take lot of time and provide me a basic simple phone of bad condition, which is not useful for me. Now what can I do, I am not satisfied this type of services.Service centre is so far from my location(13 Approx) so i dont reach again & again on service center.         I opened a service request [protected] for servicing my Spilit AC 1.5 Ton inverter series to customer care that was a free service and at that moment my AC was working fine and confirmed by your engineer. But after a week when i again try to use my ac it was not working and again i call customer care, and register a complaint. Next day when your engineer checked my outdoor unit, it explain me that, rats enter my outdoor unit and cuts the wire. so i asked him how it was done. so he explain me that one of door in outdoor is remained open and not closed. Now i asked him to fix this issue but they told me that it will be chargeable. Now please let me know is it my fault if someone from your team is making an negligence and i need to pay a huge amount for that.           In the current month i did servicing of one of my samsung acs when the service person informed me that the compressor was faulty. After that for last 2 weeks i am contacting samsung for replacement of my ac compressor with original bill but they are not replying to this. Yesterday 1 person had called up from their HO stating that nothing can be done since serial number was not mentioned in bill. Is it my fault? For last 4 years they are doing service to this machine but nobody has reported the missing serial number issue till now. This is a clear case of consumer harrasment against which i want to press charges against the company.               I have purchased 2 units of Samsung AC IN Aug 2010, through Open world vide Invoice no DOW-13092 dt 08/08/2010 out of which below unit was having trouble in out door unit since beginning and in week time Samsung replaced with new one. Even after that this machine was having issues with cooling. recently I have paid Rs 1800/- in Oct 2014 for gas refilling and it worked for 2 months and now no cooling. Samsung's representative visited on 30 March against request no [protected] and given estimate of Rs 8500/- for replacement of condenser unit. I also gathered the information that this model is having manufacturing defect. If so, Samsung to replace outer unit free of cost.                 Samsung z1Powered by tizen does not allow good app ideaas we cannot run android, Windows, microsoFt Apps as BiG Names Such as as Viber and temple run are not there please try to upgrade the app store and put Some Important apps and if we try To download apps from the net they come in .apk file extinsions and we Dont have Good app genertors to convert apk to tpk fil extinsons Such as the polaris app generato is useless Kindly upgrade tizen powered samsung z1

                  My Mother Purchased Samsung Mobile E5 on 13/3/15 to give me as gift on 17/3/15, I opened on 17/3/15 and start using the sane. After 5 days suddenly..Its Display was blank (23/3/15).. At the same time it was receiving calls. i waited for Display for 3 days with patience... But no use... Then i deposited the same with Samsung Service Centre on 27/3/15.. Now this new mobile is with them... On asking.. they tells cause of non-displaying is not being identified... They asking to wait... As per such case.. Samsung Centre should replace mobile immediately... i have spent 15000/- for this mobile and this mobile is with service centre... This is really very depressing... Excitement of getting new new mobile is finished... Please hekp me in this matter My Cell no is [protected]... Suggest me what should i do ??

                    Sub: Defective / Disfunctioning of 1 Ton Split AC model no. AS 122UGF Ref: Our complaint no. [protected] dated 30 April 2013 and your reply dated 21 Jan 2015 Dear Sir, In the very 1st paragraph of your letter, you claim that your product pass through rigorous quality check but your this contention does not appear to be true as the present AC set was without gas at the time of installation itself. This indicates that either the gas has not been filled initially or if filled, has leaked out due to internal defect in the set. Thus it proves that your product does not pass through rigorous quality check as claimed by you. It also goes to prove beyond doubt that a defective set has been sold to us. Your various team of Engineers & technicians filled the gas 4 times during the period under report and all of them assured us everytime that there would be no further leakage of gas. Non of your engineers could locate the real cause of leakage except filling the gas and tightening the nuts & bolts. It was only on 21 June 2014 when Mr Sudhir from Patna Service centre came on instruction from your HQ, he found that there was gas leaking problem in the system. He showed us oil leakage from condenser in the external unit of AC set which was causing leakage of gas on perennial basis right from the time of manufacture / installation. This was crux of the problem which was not pointed out by various team of Service Engineers during installation and warranty period, inspite of the fact that we pointed out everytime that a defective set has been sold to us. Now as a customer I will request this letter to be put up to CEO of the company for his kind perusal & consideration on the following points : a) A defective AC set has been sold to me since there was no cooling effect at all immediately after installation. b) If inadvertently the gas filling was not done initially then the set should have been working properly after filling the gas without any further leakage. c) Four times gas has been filled during Warranty period itself without fixing the problem. d) The leakage of oil from condenser is a serious technical lapse & should have been detected at the time of passing through your rigorous quality check. Non of your service engineer could locate this particular aspect causing leakage of gas till Mr Sudhir pointed out on 21 June 2014. e) Frequent visits by your service engineer to stop only the leakage of gas itself is indicative of AC set being defective. It will not be out of place to mention here that there has been no requirement of gas filling in my 1st Samsung AC set purchased in 2010 till date. In view of the preceding points, you will agree that a defective AC set has been sold to us and as such the question of repair within & beyond warranty period does not arise in this particular case. We have already suffered considerably mentally & physically both during last three summers for no fault of ours. Again the summer is knocking the door & I will therefore sincerely appeal to you to look into our problem on humanitarian ground and appeal from a Sr. Citizen, to replace the set with a new one or get it thoroughly & properly checked & repaired by a technically competent team of Engineers at company’s cost.                         Hi team, drafting this note with a lot of griveance. firstly i regret on my decision to purchase a Samsung product ... if i would knew that i will face such a late back service from samsung i would rethought on my decission. i booked the samsung AC, on 21st march from bigbazaar outlet...due to unavailability of that specific model which i opt, the delivery was delayed to 27th march. i made a call to the toll free no on 28th march regarding the installation process.reff no [protected]. since 29th march i have been just following up with different technicians ...n they have been assuring me false timeliness/commitments.but in actual nobody has turned up as of now. cant explain my frustration level, going forward will definitely share this experience with friends n family n will also advice them to not go samsung product. rgds Rahul S [protected]

                          Sir / Mam, I m Hitendra Pandey from Bardoli (Surat). I had purchased a refrigerator of Samsung company. It's side by side refrigerator with the coast of 75000 Rs.. Just from the very first day of my purchase I saw a bunch of ants get an access to the refrigerator and throws a good amount of waste powder into the food kept in the refrigerator... I complaint to the shop and in return he complaint to the company executive... But the company executive answered in a very rough tone and said u apply some poisonous substance around the refrigerator so that ant won't come... But I m totally against of any such poisonous substance and acid to be kept in my home because once we had a horrible experience with this with our kid... I said them to replace the piece or refund the amount but they denied in either case... When I said them that I will do as per their guidance if they can give me in writing on that also they denied.                             The Samsung (Galaxy Starpro with model No. S-7262) mobile brought on 04/11/2013. After 2-3 months it had been some problem and due to warranty is there the mobile has been repaired free of cost. But after 1.5 year it has been saw problem. The customer care told that the mobile is having mother board problem and the mother board would be replaced. So finally its cost around Rs./-6000 . So finally it is very harassed condition that the mobile cost is Rs.6, 700/- but now its repair is 6000 after 1.5 year. So please consider my complaint and repair it free of cost. If the Samsung mobiles are like that, so for what we will buy Samsung mobiles with zero quality with harassed customer service.

                              hello i purchase new samsung galaxy s5 mobile on 19th march.from first day i facing many problem in this mobile..hanging very slow processing heating of set fast draining of battery i talk to dealer about thses problem he said that it will resolbe automatic in 2-3 day.but problem persist.then i again told him then he said that we go to secvice centre. on 25th march i gave mobile to service centre.on 27th march phone comes from service centre he told that software of mobil has updatd now it is ok.. but yet i not recieved mobile. i want to say that i will not take this repair mobile plz give me brand new mobile. why i take this repair mobile ..i purchase new . so plz resolve this problem as soon as possible..

                                Samsung Refrigerator (Model RT3134SNBPSP/ 2012 AND SERIAL NO R3614PACS5002472) was purchased in July 2012 and complain was made on Saturday 28-3-15 through tallfree but no one visited to the customer. Today person visited and said that compressor is not working and should be replaced. You are requested to kindly replace it as early as possible. My submission is that gas charges must be bear by samsung as it is the part of compressor.                                   I purchased an split AC of Samsung on 5/4/2014. Within a week of purchase the cooling stopped all together. The service representativ who came refilled the gas and said it was because of a faulty connection nut. After that I used the AC for a month where it worked with reducing cooling. Subsequently, I asked them to come for a service on 21/3/2015. When the service guy came he showed me that the date of purchase of the AC as per their records was 20/1/2014. I showed him the purchase invoice from the dealer which mentioned the date of purchase as 5/4/2014. I have been following up with Samsung regarding the same. I have not received any follow ups from them except new stories every time. I want to know how is it that they have a different date of purchase. In addition the AC is faulty with gas leakage happening every 15 days. I can send across the invoice copy of the dealer which mentions the date of purchase as 5/4/2014. The company now tells me that the gas leakage is not covered under warranty.

                                      My micro SD card for Samsung S3 mobile was not working. I had gone to the service station of Samsung mobile in Dehradun on Saturday 28th March and service personnel checked the mobile and said that the sd card slot needs to be changed but they did not have the slot available at that time. The service personnel said the part is not available right now and it will come "by tomorrow". I had reconfirmed from the service personnel if the micro sd card slot will surely come 'by tomorrow" the service personnell said "100%" it will come by tomorrow. When I went the next day the serivce personnel said -"did i say tomorrow"? But today is Sunday! I made a mistake I did not realize it was Sunday. It will not be repaired today! How can people be so unprofessional at the service center of a MNC like SAMSUNG! It wasted my whole day.

                                        I brought a brand new Joy Plus Tv from Nandilath G- Mart Kollam on[protected]. The Tv worked well for 7 days.After that the lines were showing on the Display and finally the display is not at all clear.Only the lines are visible. Please consider it as serious issue as it is a matter of Trust for your company.
