Sir, I had brought a new samsung company made AC from umiya sales vadodara on dated 23/2/2011. since i brought your company made air conditioner on dated23/2/11, I had facing very bad experience to this product, First After one year condencer leakage, problem because there is a aluminium piping made & so i have to change it with a copper piping condencer (cost is 9000 Rs), Thereafter now a days i called it your company''s service center, As my request Service engineer came and decision is Compressor failure, & its in warranty period of 5 years, and said you have to pay a gas refilling & capalary charge (3500 Rs) so i also agree with him, thereafter they also took my outdoor unit to service center. After two days he had put back my unit back, without repaired it without any reply & not any answer. So i also went to PRS service center today, As they orally said your AC could not repaired in warranty, So hows This?...
there after I called to Samsung customer Care as they said your AC is repaired & compressor is changed now, what is this ? so i want to know my AC is repaired or not ? and don''t repaired by Samsung please send me a reply by letter so i can take needful action...And its a Samsung Product ?????? where a product is compressor & condencer which is costly than a buy a new AC, & totally failure in service and also getting lots of expense in only 4 years .I herewith send you a bill copy & service engineer receipt of AC. If your company is really for caring for customer solve my problem nearly
