Dear sir,
Due to not reachable of Tower in my Samsung core mobile, Once i was visited to samsung service centre at Godhra, Dist- Panchmahal, State- Gujrat at 9.45 am but i have seen the time table board which was clearly mentioned that 10am to 6 pm. Sir, I am Branch Manager of State Bank of India and i know the value of time table board. So, without any further enquiry i stand outside for 15 minutes and entered in service centre at 10.00 am but when i entred in service centre and asking for permission to talk with official Mr. Tejas This Person shouted to me go out and wait outside till 11.30 am- my time table is from 1.30pm for customer . You go out, You go out . I requested him and gave my introduction also that i am Branch Manager of State Bank Of India and i have to open my Bank/Branch also at 10.30 am please listen my request but Mr. Tejas who is perhaps owner or dealer i dont know much more about him - insulted and kept me out, i felt demerlise and avoided to discuss to him but when his another staff asking me and called me inside and i entered inside, again he asked his staff -Mr Gopal to keep me outside and i was again go out for waiting. He asked me that your SIM is old chang your SIM Card, I have changed my SIM Card also. Sir, This person has totally misbehaved to me like an ISIS superientendent or like that he is Director of Samsung Company. The instrument which was given me after repairing from one day with surety that know it is completd and well condition is not reachable its tower again, whether in another mobile same tower found reachable and working at same time. My officials have under doubt to me that i am not receving his call intensely . I have visited three times and know looking the behave of Samsung Officials, know i not able to go and meet to Samsung Person again for repairing .Please arrange for repaire my Instrument for the reputation of your Samsung company and take action against your Blund Staff whose behave is so negative with his consumer.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i purchase new samsung galaxy s5 mobile on 19th march.from first day i facing many problem in this mobile..hanging
very slow processing
heating of set
fast draining of battery
i talk to dealer about thses problem he said that it will resolbe automatic in 2-3 day.but problem persist.then i again told him then he said that we go to secvice centre.
on 25th march i gave mobile to service centre.on 27th march phone comes from service centre
he told that software of mobil has updatd now it is ok..
but yet i not recieved mobile.
i want to say that i will not take this repair mobile plz give me brand new mobile.
why i take this repair mobile ..i purchase new .
so plz resolve this problem as soon as possible..
