My self advocate sahadev hooda from chandigarh. I am purchase samsung mobile samsung galaxy s9 on dated[protected] for my wife. My wife feel guilty for this defective handset. Because this handset automatically switch off and on. And continue vibrate without calling. Please tell me why i use this samsung galaxy s9 handset. Me and my family use samsung products for last 15 years but right now faces many problems with your product. Please replace my handset as soon as possible otherwise we have knock the door of consumer court to take action. My wife visit your Samsung service center located at huda complex rohtak 124001 (Haryana). Your customer care team not provide any job sheet because he says that only update will require to solve this problem in handset in 20 minutes. After that all same problems will continue. The mrp of this handset was 65000 rs only. If you have any questions please call me at [protected]. Other i have knock the door of consumer court to take action against defective handset.
