Hi Sir, I had purchased a mobile handset on 26th October 2021 and unfortunately within 45 days ( 10th Dec 2021) of the purchase the mobile switched off and did not charge. Upon reaching out to the service center at D-26, 1st Floor, Sector 3 Noida-201301 it was assured that it is under full warranty ( Acknowledgement of Service request attached for your reference) and it will be taken care and can be collected upon repair. I was asked to wait since they had some mandatory approvals to be taken. Very next day I was denied the repair with no reason and was asked a repair cost of 10, 000-12, 000 wherein the phone itself costed 15-16000/-
I had asked them to connect myself with their head office to take this further and asked them for your legal report to this investigation. So far there is no response from them upon my emails. It is completely waste of time and no response to customer. I have been in difficult time due to Covid and without work and they are here to loot us with no reasons inspite of defective product sale.
