[Resolved] Samsung — Defective Refrigerator Sold to me | |||
This is to inform you that I purchased a Refrigerator on 15th June 2020 from Bindra Radio & Electric Corporation. I got the Bill Dated 14th June 2020. I don't know why I have got 1 day old Bill???? Moreover After switching on the Brand New Refrigerator, there is no Cooling at all. Instead of Calling the Samsung Helpline number, No action is being taken. Also, Local Dealer Phone number is Switched off. Pls find attached the Bill Copy for your Reference. This is the first time I am Observing that Samsung is cheating it's Customers by taking shed of Corona Virus. In this Pandemic Situation, When Govt Agencies are Helping people, Samsung is doing Fraud by Supplying Brand New Defective refrigerator. I will be Raising a complaint on Consumer forum too.Atleast now wake up Samsung and don't Spoil your Image in the Market.
