Dear Sir, My TV is again having problem of speaker and woofer, your engineer has visited on 13th Mar and found TV speaker and woofer has faulty again which was recently replaced, today when i called to customer helpline they said i have to to again charges of Rs.3145/- towards replacing the speaker and woofer. Sir, My concern is a company SAMSUNG which is No.1 brand in the market and still consumer like me need to pay frequently for maintenance, since last 3 years I have paid almost 50% of the cost in maintenance and replacing various parts like, IC, full PANEL., Speaker/Woffer etc. Please advise how can a consumer of Samsung product need to bear 10-20% annually for maintaining the same. I request you to find the solution as i FEEL I HAVE BEEN GIVEN DEFECTIVE TV, and i will not be in a position to pay the charges this time and hence replace the woofer/speaker without any charges. SVCMUM 43886 dated 10/07/2011) without rectifying the problems stating let this problems continue till the TV stop working completely. Till Dec-2011 I managed and use the TV with letgo as per mecanics instruction and one day in Dec-2011, TV has stopped working your mecanic visited and replaced SMPS and charges me Rs. 2439.00 (invoice no.061940 dated 10/12/2012) Immediately after changing SMPS in the same month, on TV screen some horizontal lines started appearing and images/picture showing blur colours, This time Your engineer has visited twice and try to fix the problem with changing the TICON/LOGIC BOARD by quoting Rs. 7900/- and tryed to change but it doest help and problem remain, now he has suggested to change the PANEL of Rs.18, 837/- for smooth function of TV. my question to you is how many times i need to repair this TV and how much and how long i have to spend/bear the repairing cost on this TV ??? How can this TV has so many problems in all area (sound, colour, picture) ?? Is this TV is defective piece ??? Do you expect SAMSUNG customers to spend 50-80 of cost on maintence after a year ?? I am regular user of SAMSUNG product refregigarator/washing machine & AC and i have trust on samsung product and this will be my last chance to contunue trusting SAMSUNG... if i dont get satisfactor solutions to my complaints.
